Corporate Tailgate Media Sponsorship

This series is for companies and individuals who want to enjoy the FourthFest and take advantage of the opportunity it provides to highlight their company. The Tailgate Media Sponsorship allows friends, family, customers, and vendors to enjoy the viewing experience with the “tailgate experience” of a catered barbeque dinner at the celebration site and promotes your company to the radio and reading public.

Viewing Pass Sponsorship

This series is for companies and individuals who want to participate but may not place emphasis on media exposure or the opportunity to “tailgate” at the FourthFest. The Viewing Pass Sponsorship allows friends, family, customers, and vendors to enjoy a team viewing experience.

Liberty Sponsor : $1,000

Forty (40) VIP Viewing Passes and Sixteen (16) VIP Parking Passes for VIP access to the events.

Five Star General Sponsor : $500

Twenty (20) VIP Viewing Passes and Eight (8) VIP Parking Passes for VIP access to the events.

Paul Revere Sponsor : $250

Ten (10) VIP Viewing Passes and Four (4) VIP Parking Passes for VIP access to the events.

Patriotic Celebrations

Two Entertainment Stages: White($2,500) Blue($1,500)

The White Stage includes an all inclusive Bronze Media package, acknowledgement of your sponsorship from the stage throughout the performance schedule. The Blue Stage includes acknowledgement of your sponsorship from the stages throughout the performance schedule.

White Stage - Forty (40) VIP Viewing Passes, and Sixteen (16) VIP Parking Passes. You are encouraged to provide two (2) company supplied logo banners with your company logo for display on the stage.

Blue Stage - Thirty-six (36) VIP Viewing Passes, and Fifteen (15) VIP Parking Passes. You are encouraged to provide two (2) company supplied logo banners with your company logo for display on the stage.

Children’s Craft Area ($1,000) - Company provided signage on structure, name mention on 4thFest website sponsor page, and CDT thank you ad, Twenty (20) VIP Viewing Passes, Eight (8) VIP Parking Passes.

Emergency Medical Services Sponsorship ($1,000)

This sponsors the medical services provided before (for pyrotechnic volunteers) and on the day of the event. Company provided signage near EMS vehicles, name mention on 4thFest website sponsor page, and CDT thank you ad, Twenty (20) VIP Viewing Passes, Eight (8) VIP Parking Passes.

Guest Services Sponsorship ($1,000)

This sponsors larger golf carts to transport elderly and handicapped guests from their parking to the Fourth Fest celebration area and to bathrooms or VIP area. Your staff can assist in this effort on July 4th and put your signage on the carts. Name mention on 4thFest website sponsor page, and CDT thank you ad, Twenty (20) VIP Viewing Passes, Eight (8) VIP Parking Passes.

July 5th Clean Up Sponsorship ($1,000)

This sponsors the cleanup of the 4thFest area on July 5th when more than 100 people gather to scour the celebrations, and pyrotechnic areas and parking lots to make sure they are returned to their best conditions. Company provided signage at the event and clean up, name mention on 4thFest website sponsor page, and CDT thank you ad, Twenty (20) VIP Viewing Passes, Eight (8) VIP Parking Passes.

Municipal Band ($1,000)

Company provided signage on stage for performance, name mention on 4thFest website sponsor page, and CDT thank you ad, Twenty (20) VIP Viewing Passes, Eight (8) VIP Parking Passes.

Operation Thank You Sponsorship ($2000)

This sponsors the area for the U.S. service personnel as they collect materials to send to U.S. service personnel overseas and the monetary contributions from the community to pay for shipment of the materials. Includes an all-inclusive Bronze Media package, twenty (20) VIP Viewing Passes, eight (8) VIP Parking Passes. Your employees are encouraged to help out in the tent with collections.

Patriotic Historic Characters ($1,500)

Sponsor at least 6 historic/costumed characters who roam the grounds and appear at the Town Square at the Founder’s Mall. Includes signage on the town square platform and name on appropriate patriotic promotional item, name mention on 4thFest website sponsor page, and CDT thank you ad, Thirty-six (36) VIP Viewing Passes, and Fifteen (15) VIP Parking Passes.

Pyrotechnics Demonstration Sponsorship ($1,000)

This sponsors the tent used for the Pyrotechnic Demonstration offered to the public three scheduled times between 4:00 – 8:00 PM on July 4th within the Celebrations area. Street Dance Sponsorship ($1,000)

This sponsors the post-fireworks dance held in the Celebrations Area and attended by hundreds of people. Company provided signage at the dance, name mention on 4thFest website sponsor page, and CDT thank you ad, Twenty (20) VIP Viewing Passes, Eight (8) VIP Parking Passes.

Town Square Sponsor ($1000)

Volunteer Appreciation Sponsorship ($1,500)

This sponsorship supports the volunteer dinner held each year after July 4th. Includes company provided at the Fourth Fest and an invitation to join us as we thank the volunteers at the dinner in their honor, name mention on 4thFest website sponsor page, and CDT thank you ad, ten (10) BBQ tickets, ten (10) tickets to the Volunteer dinner, Twenty (20) VIP Viewing Passes, Eight (8) VIP Parking Passes.

Graphical Waterfall® Sponsorship

The Graphical Waterfall® is a unique display that has been used to promote the 1996 Olympics, Super Bowl XLIII, exhibitor shows in Las Vegas, and to promote products for Toyota, Jeep, Mercedes Benz and others. It is a blending of nature and science in which words, symbols and logos are built into a falling blanket of water producing a uniquely inspiring and calming effect.
