Once again the annual Firecracker 4K provided the perfect start to our day long Central Pa 4thFest celebration. The 2011 10th anniversary race set a new standard for race participants (1102 registered). A hugh THANK YOU and CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who took part and helped with the race. As part of our extended 4thFest community you continue to support this family friendly event and make it the success that it is. Now it's time to mark your calendar for the 2012 race. It will be held at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 4th, 2012 on the Penn State campus. We will once again welcome runners and walkers of all skill levels and ages to participate. As in the past , a digital timing system will be used to determine winners in various age categories and prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in all categories. Watch for more details in early 2012!
